STUDIO POLICIES

  • * All classes must be paid for in advance

    * All cell phones must be silenced or on airplane mode while inside the studio

    * New client specials may only be used one time.

    * Multiple pack sessions may not be shared between clients. You can, however, share with family.

    * Multiple pack sessions must be used within one calendar year from the date of purchase

    * Gift Certificates do not expire

    * One month is considered any 30 consecutive days, not the first date of the actual month.

    * Unlimited Membership packages will renew on the 15th of each month.

    * Classes are subject to change without notice.

    *You can move from one class already booked to another class only once a month, with at least 24 hours notice. More than once will incur a fee. The same for Private sessions.

    * We reserve the right to refuse service to any person we deem not capable of performing activities required; this includes those who present with injuries not aforementioned.

  • Please be aware we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for class and privates. If you are not on a monthly unlimited pass, and you late cancel or no show for a class you are signed up for, you lose the class. If you feel sick, please stay home.IF you text me, I will try to fill the space and then you wont be charged..

    IF the first morning class has only one person signed in, it will be cancelled. Sorry, no single class first thing.

  • Going on vacation, business trip, family in town? Unable to take class due to an injury? Just put your account on hold!

    * Sick or medical hold: Please provide a medical note for injuries; sickness holds will be handled on a case by case basis. Please speak to management for details.

    * Our Unlimited Memberships are able to be put on hold for one or two month increments. Please speak to management for details.

    * You are responsible for cancelling all classes during your hold time that may have been previously scheduled in order to avoid no-show charges.

    * Please email the studio to put your account on hold. Please provide the dates of your hold time so we can make the necessary adjustments to your account.
